Thank you for visiting my blog and you interest in the AWmodel program.

Wondering what it is??  Well, here it is in a nutshell:

The AWmodel program is an opportunity for you (the senior) to earn cash and your parents to earn free senior pictures!!  Its a win win really!

Don’t worry if you are not the “model type” You don’t have to be that size 0 to get into the program.  This is a great opportunity to be built up and to also help build others up as well.

Applications will be accepted, studied, and then our models will be chosen based on personality, hobbies/activities, community service, and of course who wants it most!

There are only a limited number of models accepted so after you read the perks fill out the application.

1.  You are invited to a free  luncheon with the group the end of March to meet everyone and discuss ideas about our  group model session.

2.  You will take part in a FREE AWmodel group photo session in April 2012.  At this time you will also take your head shots for your connect cards.

3.  You will receive 25 Connect Cards- These are custom cards that will help you connect with seniors that will potentially earn you cash!

The cards will have your image on them as well as Amy Waldmann Photography’s information.

4.  For every Connect Card redeemed, YOU will receive $20 cash, and YOUR PARENTS will receive a $25 print credit.

5. We will have fun contests throughout the year giving you the opportunity to spread the work, earn more cash, and WIN great prizes throughout!!

6.  A $250 good faith deposit is required to participate in the model program.  This $250 will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of your Senior Collection (package)

EASTER PICTURES

Hey there!  Can you believe it is almost February??  I can’t.  This month has flown by!  I hope you are taking time to smell the

roses, or the tulips.

ITS TIME FOR EASTER PICTURES!!  WHOOP WHOOP!

Easter pictures will be done at an outdoor location in downtown Covington

the morning of Saturday, March 3 and the afternoon of  Sunday, March 4.

We will have a lavish set created for you to come into and play with some cute baby chicks and a fluffy bunny!

We look forward to capturing those excited and joyous expressions

as your little ones interact with these precious Easter pals.

These sessions are $99 (plus tax) and include 10 images on cd.

Spada/Burst {Mandeville family photographer}

WELL, HELLO GORGEOUS!!

I have to admit, I was very excited when I got  the message that I would have this family in front of my camera.

I have known Shawn for awhile because he was in the same graduating class as my daughter.

It took me a little longer to get to know Jamie (mama) and Gabriella.  You see, we had spent some time together having fun during our kids senior year  but it wasn’t until after some life-changing news that I was able to really know these women.

Have you ever had a time where you didn’t know where to go or what to do??  Jamie has….

She was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year.  What did she do??  She made a phone call to a woman that she could count on, who made a phone call to another, who made a phone call, who made…..well, you get the picture.  Before we knew it, there were 13 of us in Jamie’s house ready to pray.  She shared how she was diagnosed (which is amazing in itself) and we shared the love Christ.  It was an emotional, amazing, outstanding, miraculous evening.

So, here they are.  Mama is healthy and happy!  (Jesus has that effect on us)  Thank you for choosing me for your family portraits.  Love y’all!

P.S. How could I not mention Sundae??  All done up with her Christmas bows.  Precious indeed!

Every year when I announce the dates for Christmas card sessions I nervously await the response….

Did I choose a location that people like?  Will anyone book an appointment?  Was everyone from last year happy?   Will they come back?

These are just a few questions that pop through my head.

Well, this precious boy has  been with me from the very beginning!

I look forward to hanging out with him each year!  This session we had a nice conversation about  Disney and karate.

Thank you Jason and Renee for choosing me again this year!  I look forward to many more years capturing this beautiful smile!! (and yours too)

GREAT WEEKEND

We had a fabulous weekend! I love when I can mix in work and play.
We held our annual Christmas Card shoot on Saturday. Troy and I enjoyed seeing each and every family that came out.
I get equally excited to see families for the first time as well as families who have been trusting us for years.
Beautiful day+ beautiful families= (you guessed it) amazing images!! Can’t wait to share them.

We did get a break in the middle of the day to see our oldest sons team win the baseball championship at Pelican Park. We headed over to Bosco’s after that to celebrate with some pizza and of course the all important trophies!
We had amazing coaches this season!! It sure does make a difference to have coaches who love the game and want to see your child grow. A special thank you to our Coaches Chris, Mojo and Wayne for investing in our boys this season.
